Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
Aura Esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
If you are running late you must notify us within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If we do not hear from you within that time, your appointment will be marked as a no-call/no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service.
